FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation Policy Agreement:
By confirming participation in this event, the undersigned agrees to the following cancellation policy:
A $50 deposit is required on the day of booking to secure your event reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total event cost.
In the event of a cancellation, withdrawal, or failure to appear after confirming attendance, the participant (or client) will be subject to additional fees to cover incurred costs, reserved resources, and potential loss of business. The applicable fees are as follows:
- Cancellation within 7 to 2 days prior to the event: No additional fees will be charged. Any deposit or down payment made will be reimbursed, if applicable.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the event or failure to attend: The full event fee, including any built-in gratuity, will be charged (100% of the total amount).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or another agreed-upon method of communication.
By confirming your participation in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this cancellation policy.
Is A Deposit Required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all birthday party bookings. The amount will be applied to the final bill.
Do you charge a gratuity?
Yes. Gratuity is not included in the cost of your party package. It will be added to your bill based on the sub-total of your final amount.
Do you charge for parents?
It depends on whether or not parents would like to participate in activities and/or get pizza and drinks. If they would like to join the fun and food, you can add them as additional guests. Otherwise, they can start their own tab based on their dining preferences and enjoy other activities while the kids play.
How to change and or upgrade packages
You can always upgrade your party experience prior to the big day. To ensure we have sufficient inventory and availability, we request you make changes at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Do all Arcade games issue E-Tickets ?
No. The video/ VR games and instant prize machines do not, while interactive redemption games do. You can tell by the color of the card reader on each machine.
Can we add additional guest on the day of the Party?
Yes. You can even add guests on the day of your event. We just add them to the final bill.
